With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, I've built my career around a love for people, a passion for creativity, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service in a calm, relaxing environment.
I specialize in blonding services - from soft, lived-in blondes to bright, dimensional highlights and take great pride in crafting looks that are both beautiful and low-maintenance. I'm dedicated to continuing education and consistently refining my skills to stay ahead of trends and offer my clients the best possible results.

Paige discovered her passion for hairdressing while attending cosmetology school in Virginia Beach, where she had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of hair types and textures from all backgrounds. This hands-on experience helped shape her into the versatile and thoughtful stylist she is today. Paige’s top priority is creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for every client who sits in her chair making sure they leave not only looking great, but feeling confident and cared for.

Erin Pitts
Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist
With over 20 years in the industry, Erin specializes in bridal hair and makeup, custom color formulation, and precision cutting, always prioritizing the health of the hair and scalp. She helped launch the Paul Mitchell curriculum at a cosmetology school and has trained educators and future stylists in all facets of the beauty industry.
Licensed in Oregon and trained nationwide, Erin brings a creative, client-focused approach to every service. Outside the salon, she loves hiking, paddleboarding, dancing, and spending time with family. Her mission is simple: help every client feel confident and beautiful—naturally.

Receptionist and General Manager
A lifelong resident of Wolfeboro and proud graduate of Kingswood Regional High School, Steph Cornwell is the welcoming face and organizational heart of Water’s Edge Salon. As our receptionist and general manager, Steph keeps the salon running smoothly by handling appointment scheduling, supporting Sarah and the entire stylist team, and ensuring every guest feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Steph is also the owner and operator of Wolfeboro Dancewear, a local business that reflects her deep roots in the community. A devoted mom to three beautiful daughters, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of hometown pride to everything she does.
